Here at Viking Homes we pride ourselves with our “lifetime aftersales service”, meaning that for as long as you own your property, we are always happy to help.
With our 30+ years of helping clients with either the purchase or selling of their homes in Spain we have a strong reputation for our out-standing customer service.
Our aftersales team is based in our Villamartin office, and from the moment you pay your deposit, our team, will be there every step of the way to explain the buying process. We ensure that everything is in line for a smooth buying or selling process.
What our dedicated team can do for you;
Our team are with you every step of the way, from showing you the property, to organizing paperwork for the anticipated Notary signing, and finishing with the aftersales process.
Prior to the Notary signing we make sure to;
- Organise all documentation regarding the deeds
- Organise all certificates for the signing (extra costs to architect and community administrators will apply)
- Organise an appointment at the Notary for the signing
- Translations
- Legal & Fiscal advice
After the Notary signing we make sure to do the following;
- Organise name changes for the following;
- Water companies
- Electricity companies
- Tax (SUMA)
- Inscription at Land Registry
- Translating
- Legal & Fiscal advice
We will also be here to welcome you into your new home and will help you make it your own.
